It’s no secret that there are many KB articles that you look at and scratch your head wondering just who it would apply to. KB 934142 is one of those.
Symptom: Microsoft Exchange user is an Owner and can delete their public folders.
Workaround: Do not grant the user Owner permissions.
Status: What, are you a fucking moron?
What’s particularly sad about this issue is that it had to be documented. How many times do you think this came up that they finally decided to fight the internal red tape and review process to publish this gem.
